IRONMAN DVD's will issue a refund only if the DVD is returned in its original unopened and sealed condition within 30 days of the original shipping date. Always include your ORDER NUMBER, name, address, phone and email address to ensure proper credit for your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
UPS GROUND and UPS SAVER for USA originations only. All others use AIR SHIPPING.
Be sure to return your package pre-paid and insured to: Stephanie Ziemer c/o IRONMAN DVD, World Triathlon Corporation, P.O. Box 1608, 43309 US Hwy, 19 N., Tarpon Springs, FL 34688-1608.

| RETURNING DEFECTIVE DVD'S |
Defective DVD's may be returned for replacement within 30 days of the original shipping date and should be returned using the same information as provided for in the REFUNDS policy above.

| SHIPPING |
All shipping charges are quotes, and are calculated in real time. IRONMAN DVD'S will not be responsible for the misquoting of shipping charges. Actual shipping expenses will be charged to the customer. If any items in the order are not in stock, the order will not be shipped until all items are available, unless other arrangements have been made with IRONMAN DVD'S. Allow 7-14 business days for processing and shipping of DVD orders, unless item is on backorder. Boxed sets may require a longer processing time.
